TAAILOR SHOP provides mobile tailoring, alteration, repair, and bespoke garment services across all five NYC boroughs and via mail-in from anywhere in the world. We are a subsidiary of AAnarchy.
All work begins with a written quote provided before any work is performed. Published prices on this website are starting prices — final pricing depends on garment complexity, fabric type, and construction. Standard turnaround is 2 weeks. Expedited turnaround (1 week) is available at +25%. Bundle discounts of 10% per additional garment apply, capped at 30% total discount.
Standard turnaround is 10–14 business days from the date garments are received. Rush and priority options are available at additional cost. Mail-in orders include shipping time both ways, typically adding 3–5 business days.
If the completed work does not match the specifications discussed and documented in your quote, we will correct it at no additional charge. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your completed garment. Satisfaction adjustments apply to the agreed-upon specifications only — not changes to the original scope of work.
While garments are in our possession, we exercise reasonable care. However, certain alterations carry inherent risk due to garment age, fabric fragility, or construction. We will advise you of any elevated risk before beginning work. TAAILOR SHOP is not liable for damage to garments caused by pre-existing conditions, fabric degradation, or manufacturing defects not visible at intake.
Completed garments must be retrieved or have return shipping arranged within 30 days of completion notification. After 60 days of non-response, garments are considered abandoned. We will make at least 3 documented contact attempts before any disposal.
Payment is due upon completion and before garment return. We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit cards). For wholesale clients, net-15 terms may be arranged upon approval.
