Yes — we are a fully mobile service. We come to your home, office, or any location across all five NYC boroughs. No travel fee. You get fitted in your own space, with the shoes and clothes you will actually wear with the garment.
All five NYC boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Harlem (our home base). We also serve surrounding areas on request and offer mail-in service from anywhere in the US.
Standard turnaround is 3 to 7 business days. We offer priority service within 1 week at +25%, and rush service within 3 to 4 days at +50%. Simple hems can sometimes be turned around same-day for an additional fee.

The Refit is our phased wardrobe alteration service for anyone with a changing physique. Yes. Leather is one of our specialties — repair, patching, resizing, and relining. Leather requires different tools and techniques than fabric, and many tailors will not touch it. We do.
