When you book a service, we collect your name, email, phone number, and service details. For mail-in orders, we also collect your shipping address. If you use the measurement guide or quiz, we collect the responses you provide. Photos uploaded for quotes or wholesale orders are stored securely.
Your information is used exclusively to provide tailoring services: communicating about your order, sending booking confirmations, providing quotes, and delivering completed garments. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We send transactional emails related to your orders (confirmations, updates, completion notices) via Resend. These are service communications, not marketing. We do not send promotional emails unless you explicitly opt in.
Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted in the United States) and processed through Vercel (our hosting provider). Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full credit card number.
This site uses minimal analytics to understand traffic patterns. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. No personal data is shared with ad networks.
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing studio@taailor.shop. We will respond within 30 days.
Our services are not directed at individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
